Infoblox seeks a Regional Manager, Workplace - Americas for its Workplace Operations & Events team. This senior role oversees facilities, workplace services, employee engagement, health and safety, and events across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. You will build a scalable operating model through cross-functional partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

Manage workplace priorities, operating plans, service expectations, and escalations Oversee facilities, security, access, reception, amenities, and virtual environments Coordinate projects, budgets, vendors, inspections, continuity, and regional EHS Implement processes, dashboards, technology, automation,



and AI-enabled use cases Lead team members and coordinate inclusive engagement and events programs Requirements:

12+ years in workplace operations, facilities, real estate, or related functions Experience managing multiple locations, countries, or distributed regional portfolios Knowledge of facilities, vendors, projects, budgets, EHS, and continuity Experience with workplace, service-management, collaboration, analytics, or reporting tools Bachelor’s degree; relevant master’s degree or certifications are a plus Bring regional leadership, operational discipline, workplace technology, and AI-enabled improvement experience to Infoblox’s Americas workplace strategy.
