As a Private Banking Client Service Associate, you support the Senior Private Banker with administrative activities and business results. You provide exceptional service, recommend retail solutions, coordinate inquiries, and connect clients with appropriate TD specialists. The position requires private banking or affluent-client experience, banking product knowledge, and sound credit understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional service during every client interaction
- Assist onboarding and recommend appropriate retail solutions




- Coordinate responses to client inquiries with partners
- Produce reports and compose required correspondence
- Support process improvements and accurate customer transactions

Requirements:

- Three years of relevant experience
- Private banking or affluent-client experience
- Knowledge of retail banking products, systems, and services
- Understanding of commercial and retail credit principles
- Undergraduate degree preferred and CIRE or IFIC completion
