Maintain and deliver medical oxygen equipment for North BayProResp while completing vehicle checks, client setups, and required documentation. The schedule runs Monday to Friday with rotational on-call coverage.

As a Service Delivery Representative, you will become a community representative of ProResp’s services. Your work supports oxygen clients from North Bay toward Muskoka through equipment delivery, maintenance, instruction, and responsive care. Training in home oxygen and Transportation of Dangerous Goods is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify daily product requirements before loading vehicles
- Inspect vehicles before and after use
- Maintain equipment delivered across the North Bay region
- Set up oxygen equipment for recent clients
- Complete required records accurately

Requirements:

- Exceptional customer service skills with patients
- Valid G Driver’s License with satisfactory driving record
- Ability to work safely in physically demanding conditions
- Ongoing satisfactory vulnerable sector screening
- Agreement to applicable background checks
