FirstService Residential is seeking a Part‑Time Building Operator in Calgary to support the Senior Building Operator two days per week. You will perform day‑to‑day operations, inspections, and preventive maintenance for a high‑end residential condo building, maintaining logs, and ensuring safety and service quality for residents.

The role requires a valid Alberta 5th Class Power Engineer certificate, a high school diploma or equivalent, and hands‑on experience with mechanical systems.
