What you will do

- Maintain shot assignments, progress, tickets and reassignments in ShotGrid.
- Follow up with artists, organise reviews and communicate feedback.
- Flag delays and keep production schedules and documentation accurate.

What the studio is looking for

- Production experience in LRC and post-production.
- Strong ShotGrid tracking and ticket-management skills.
- Excellent English, organisation and a cooperative approach to artist support.
