Coordinate recruitment and human resources support for Arrow in Kamloops, BC, using sourcing, interviewing, and applicant tracking expertise. This permanent, full-time position follows Monday to Friday hours.

The Recruitment and Human Resources Coordinator supports Arrow Group of Companies across recruitment and day-to-day HR administration. You will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain iCIMS records, and support employee inquiries. The work also includes recruitment events, reporting, and HR programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify personnel needs and recruitment requirements with hiring managers
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and salaried roles
- Coordinate candidate communication, references, checks, and assessments
- Maintain job postings, templates, applicant tracking,



and offer updates
- Support HR inquiries, employee records, programs, surveys, and reporting

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of human resources experience
- Direct recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring manager communication experience
- Strong recruitment process, sourcing, assessment, and interviewing knowledge
- Applicant tracking system and online recruitment platform experience preferred
- Robust Microsoft Office, Excel, organizational, and communication skills
