Randstad seeks a safety-conscious Order Picker / Cherry Picker Operator for fulfillment operations. Use high-bay racking equipment, RF barcode scanners, and palletizing processes to complete customer orders. This role supports organized warehouse workflow and shipment departures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate order picker and cherry picker machinery safely
- Retrieve and store products in high-bay racking systems
- Scan and verify inbound and outbound inventory
- Select, palletize, and stage merchandise for dispatch
- Conduct equipment checks and maintain hazard-free aisles

Requirements:

- Valid external Order Picker / Cherry Picker certification
- Documented experience operating order picker equipment
- Valid Working at Heights / Fall Arrest Certification
- Proven RF scanner experience for order picking
- Ability to explicit criminal record and drug screening
