As a Talent Sourcer, you will build high-quality pipelines for technical and non-technical positions. You will work directly with the founder to identify, engage, and qualify candidates. The focus is context, quality, and qualified interest rather than mass outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build targeted candidate lists for technical and non-technical roles
- Source candidates through Linked In and other tools
- Identify strong profiles using context beyond keywords
- Send outbound messages and manage initial outreach
- Drive interested candidates toward booked calls

Requirements:

- Four-plus years of sourcing or recruitment experience
- Experience using Linked In Recruiter or similar tools
- Strong Linked In profile identification and research skills
- Comfort with outbound messaging and consistent follow-ups
- Experience sourcing across SaaS, startups, or AI
