CAPREIT seeks a proactive Bilingual Communications Coordinator for its Strategic Resident Experience and Communications team. The role combines resident communications, reputation management, social media, content development, program coordination, reporting and data analysis. You will help turn resident feedback and performance data into actionable insights while maintaining timely, accessible and brand-aligned communications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and distribute accurate resident notices across communication channels
- Monitor reviews, social media and resident feedback platforms
- Track and escalate concerns through WeCare and CAPCares programs




- Coordinate surveys, communications projects and operational initiatives
- Prepare reports, dashboards and performance trend summaries

Requirements:

- Bilingual English and Canadian French communication skills
- One to three years of related communications experience
- Post-secondary education in communications or a related field
- Robust writing, editing, analytical and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
