AltaLink’s Information Systems Operations team supports internal security operations and protocols across systems, services, and programs. This Cyber Security Administrator position provides operational support while developing increasing responsibility. You will manage security tickets, investigate incidents, analyze vulnerabilities, and coordinate technical teams and vendors. The work includes supporting security assessments and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate, triage, and follow up on cyber security tickets
- Collect, analyze, and preserve digital evidence
- Generate vulnerability and remediation reports




- Track incidents through resolution and root cause analysis
- Examine security logs and implement remediation plans

Requirements:

- Relevant four-year degree or equivalent education and experience
- One to three years IT experience, including information security experience
- Incident response experience and security technology knowledge
- Working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, and Microsoft operating systems
- Strong organization, coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills
