As a contract Service Support Officer, you will support Private Banking objectives through personal service and reliable execution. Your work includes processing transactions and Service Requests, supporting client concerns, and following governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. You will contribute to branch operations while respecting approved authorities and security requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver friendly, willing, efficient, qualified client experiences
- Process daily transactions and Salesforce Service Requests accurately
- Support the Private Banking Team with client concerns




- Check and authorize transactions within approved limits
- Complete monitoring activities and Accounting Support Package requirements
