Cogir Senior Living is seeking part-time LPNs for its retirement residence. You will deliver planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care under provincial standards. The work includes care planning, clinical documentation, communication, and support for residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care
- Implement and evaluate resident care plans
- Complete accurate clinical assessments and documentation
- Communicate care changes to residents, families, and teams
- Coach and mentor unregulated care providers

Requirements:

- Current provincial registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and critical thinking
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
- Strong written, oral, organizational, and time management skills
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain one
