Sienna Senior Living is hiring a PSW Supervisor to lead the PSW team, coordinating resident care with compassion and dignity. You will guide staff through onboarding, daily huddles and performance coaching to ensure consistent, high‑quality service across shifts.

This temporary full-time role requires PSW credentials, 2–3 years in long‑term care, and a commitment to safety, IPAC, and residents’ rights. Ottawa location preferred, with a competitive perks package.
