The Salvation Army seeks a Health Care Aide working under LPN and Residential Care Manager supervision. You will assist residents with daily living, monitor health information, and contribute to interdisciplinary care planning. The work includes medication assistance, oxygen therapy, documentation, and resident transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with dressing, bathing, toileting, feeding, and transfers
- Monitor vital signs, weights, oxygen therapy, and resident changes
- Use mechanical lifts and proper transfer techniques safely
- Document resident health information and report unusual incidents




- Maintain clean, comfortable residential and meal service areas

Requirements:

- Grade 12 and recognized Health Care Aide program completion
- Registration with the Alberta HCA Registry
- Current First Aid, Level C CPR, AED, and medication certification
- Vulnerable Sector Check and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention certification
- Class 5 licence, clean abstract, and required immunizations
