As Director of Product Management, Automotive, you will oversee products serving technicians, repair shops, service providers, and retail customers. Your scope includes vendor relationships, technical documentation, catalog accuracy, training readiness, and lifecycle decisions. You will support technologies including EV, hybrid, ADAS, and connected vehicle systems while developing a high-performing category management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee assortment planning, introductions, transitions, and end-of-life products
- Maintain catalog accuracy, technical documentation, and training readiness
- Partner with vendors to improve technician efficiency and repair quality




- Develop technical resources and training for teams and customers
- Lead and mentor Category Managers and category specialists

Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years in automotive aftermarket product management
- Experience with procurement or strategic sourcing is relevant
- Knowledge of EV, hybrid, ADAS, and connected vehicle systems
- Robust vendor negotiation, leadership, and communication capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, marketing, or automotive management
