Protect Walmart’s Hannon store through security patrols, investigations, and clear communication. This role supports a safe environment for customers, associates, visitors, and vendors.

The Asset Protection Associate helps prevent financial and physical loss, reduce shrink, and support store profitability. You will follow Asset Protection standards while observing store activity, protecting merchandise, and supporting the shopping experience. Duties include investigating theft, responding to emergencies, and reporting findings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily store patrols and verify security features function properly
- Investigate financial and physical shrink incidents
- Communicate findings to Store Leadership and relevant stakeholders




- Support evacuations, emergency procedures, and store task teams
- Carry out external apprehensions when required

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Hold a Security Guard License
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays when business needs require
- Stand, bend, and lift inventory or supplies up to 20 pounds
- Occasionally lift inventory, equipment, or supplies up to 50 pounds
