The Club Manager oversees daily operations and financial success for the club. You will lead Assistant Managers, Member Service Representatives, Trainers, and Custodians. Responsibilities include training, scheduling, payroll, member support, facility upkeep, marketing promotions, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, hire, train, and develop club staff
- Schedule shifts and coach employees toward service standards
- Support front desk activities and member requests
- Oversee facility cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns
- Manage promotions, deposits, refunds, forms, and reports

Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- One to three years of management experience preferred
