This full-time temporary Inventory Coordinator role supports retail distribution operations for a recognized North American supply chain and logistics leader. You will investigate discrepancies, manage cycle counts, maintain warehouse management system records, and prepare operational reports. The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, in office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate, reconcile, and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Schedule physical movements, cycle counts, and random audits
- Post and update inventory transactions according to procedures




- Generate control reports and inventory KPI dashboards
- Communicate stock status with warehouse teams and leadership

Requirements:

- Warehouse or distribution center inventory control experience
- Experience with cycle counting or stock auditing
- Hands-on WMS, AS400, SAP, or PKMS experience
- Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word
- Availability for Sunday–Thursday overnight shifts
