Medline Canada seeks a technician to keep customers’ in office dental equipment operating properly. The work includes diagnosing, repairing, calibrating, and installing equipment while supporting maintenance contract sales. Success requires customer service, problem solving, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to dental equipment service requests
- Diagnose, repair, and calibrate equipment to manufacturer specifications
- Document equipment issues, repairs, and completed work orders
- Support installations and provide follow-up within committed timelines




- Communicate repairs with customers, Sales Representatives, and Service Coordinators

Requirements:

- Minimum three years’ experience repairing equipment
- Mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, or plumbing experience
- Excellent customer service and strong communication skills
- Valid Canadian or equivalent driver’s license and good driving record
- Availability for evening, weekend, and occasional overnight travel
