This Fleet & Maintenance Supervisor role focuses on coaching a diverse team and supporting daily operational priorities. You will coordinate resources, schedules, training, and development while communicating with internal stakeholders. Your work will help maintain performance, collaboration, and compliance with procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Trade certification, technical diploma, or equivalent education and experience
- Experience leading maintenance, fleet, or operational teams
- Solid team development and leadership skills
- Ability to manage priorities and solve problems effectively
- Three to five years’ verifiable history in eligible countries
