This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on leader who knows healthcare cleaning, enjoys leading frontline teams, and understands that great Environmental Services operations play an important role in creating secure, clean and welcoming environments for patients, visitors and healthcare teams.What You'll DoLead day-to-day Environmental Services operations within a healthcare environmentProvide hands-on leadership, coaching and support to supervisors and frontline EVS teamsCoordinate staffing, scheduling, workloads and daily operational prioritiesMaintain high standards for healthcare cleaning, sanitation, quality and safetyMonitor service delivery, identify opportunities for improvement and help implement solutionsBuild positive working relationships with healthcare teams and client stakeholdersSupport infection prevention practices and established healthcare cleaning protocolsMonitor labour, supplies and operational performancePromote employee engagement, accountability and a strong service cultureEnsure compliance with applicable Aramark, client, safety and regulatory requirementsWhat We're Looking ForEnvironmental Services leadership experience within acute healthcare or a similarly complex healthcare environmentExperience leading and developing frontline cleaning/EVS teamsStrong understanding of healthcare cleaning practices, infection prevention principles and quality standardsExperience managing staffing, scheduling,
