Lead Paladin Security Group programs in Toronto using security leadership, client service, and emergency response planning expertise. This position supports healthcare and non-healthcare contracts. The Client Service Manager champions program growth and operational coordination across Paladin’s Toronto portfolio. You will develop implementation strategies, evaluate security programs, coordinate resources, and build staff capacity for security and life safety emergencies. Solid client relationships and timely issue response are central to the work. Key Responsibilities:

Three to five years’ industry leadership experience considered an asset Class G Driver’s License required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong leadership, social interaction, and organizational skills Microsoft Office proficiency and comprehensive report writing ability Apply security program leadership, resource coordination, and client communication skills across Paladin’s Toronto contracts and operations.
