Working under the Manager, Financial Planning and Program Support, you will provide financial guidance to clinical and operational leaders. The work includes monthly analysis, budget submissions, forecasts, audits, and reporting. You will also explain financial information to financial and non-financial audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze monthly results, risks, opportunities, and recommended alternatives
- Collaborate with leaders on program budgets and forecasts
- Prepare annual statements, audit working papers, and schedules
- Deliver financial education to clinical and non-clinical staff




- Support accurate OHRS and MIS data reporting

Requirements:

- CPA designation with good-standing Ontario registration
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from an accredited university
- Five years of progressive accounting experience minimum
- Hospital reporting, statistical data, and workload measurement knowledge
- Excellent Microsoft Office and patient information systems skills
