Our retail client seeks an experienced qualified supporting the Director of HR with end-to-end payroll. The position covers weekly and biweekly cycles for more than 150 hourly and salaried employees. Ontario compliance, benefits remittances, reporting, and employee communication are central responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried employees
- Manage weekly and biweekly payroll cycles
- Process deductions and remit benefits to vendors
- Complete T4, month-end, and quarterly reporting




- Respond to payroll inquiries across departments and leadership

Requirements:

- Experience processing A-to-Z payroll for 150-plus employees
- Strong knowledge of Ontario payroll rules and regulations
- Experience supporting union and non-union employees considered an asset
- Excel experience with VLOOKUP and PivotTables considered an asset
- UKG, ADP Workforce Now, or PCP certification considered an asset
