Lead new product introduction for RF antennas and signal-conditioning products in Aurora, supporting design-for-manufacturability and production readiness.

Sinclair Technologies, a division of Norsat International Inc, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for permanent, full-time work. This position guides NPI from DFM reviews through pilot builds and production implementation. It also supports engineering changes, process validation, documentation, and cross-functional technical problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate DFM reviews, tooling, fixtures, and pilot builds
- Prepare work instructions and production-readiness documentation
- Support engineering changes and process validation activities
- Maintain manufacturing routings, labor times, and ERP production data




- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain

Requirements:

- Degree in engineering or equivalent technical education and experience
- Three to five years of manufacturing engineering experience preferred
- Experience with NPI and manufacturing process development
- Experience with ERP systems, routings, labor standards, and ISO 9001
- Robust communication, technical writing, organizational, and project skills
