Coordinate project priorities, documentation, and site progress as a Field Engineer with an established ICI General Contractor in Ontario.

This Field Engineer role supports project managers and superintendents across complex construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating trades, consultants, subcontractors, and deliveries while maintaining project records. The successful applicant brings one to five years of construction engineering, project coordination, field engineering, or related ICI experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate project priorities with trades, consultants, and stakeholders
- Assist scheduling and monitor progress against established milestones
- Prepare daily reports, RFIs, minutes, and inspection documentation
- Support quantity take-offs, progress tracking, and productivity reporting




- Identify and resolve construction challenges with project leadership

Requirements:

- Experience supporting commercial, institutional, industrial, or mixed-use projects
- Construction, civil engineering, architectural technology, or related education
- Solid organizational, communication, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices
- Procore, Bluebeam, or Autodesk Construction Cloud familiarity is an asset
