Guide corporate communications for True Anomaly’s space technology mission using executive counsel, multimedia planning, and security-conscious judgment. As Internal Communications Manager, you will create communication programs for a national security space company building autonomous spacecraft and mission software. You will partner with executives, Marketing, Security, Legal, and Program teams. Explicit technical writing, channel expertise, and careful information handling are central to the work. Key Responsibilities:

Write leadership messages, company updates, and strategic talking points Plan live, filmed, and written leadership speaking programs Support communications through growth, change, and sensitive situations Ensure messages meet ITAR, classification,



and information-handling requirements Use AI tools to scale communications within security requirements Requirements:

Five or more years in internal, employee, or corporate communications Ability to simplify complex technical or strategic information Experience with change management and organizational communications Writing samples or campaign, event, and leadership content examples Willingness to travel to True Anomaly locations as needed Apply technical storytelling, executive communication, multimedia planning, and security awareness to True Anomaly’s internal communications mission.
