Sport Chek in Canada is seeking a Department Sales Manager for the Hardgoods team who loves sports and stays active. You will coach and develop your department, lead customer interactions, and set daily game and sales plans to drive performance.

In this role you’ll create development plans for full-time staff, promote effective coaching through huddles and meetings, and maintain a positive work workplace while delivering exceptional service and store growth.
