Paladin Airport Security Services is seeking a Director of Operations (Class 2/3) based in Calgary to oversee service delivery across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northwest Territories. You will mentor Operations Managers, coordinate with People & Culture, QA and Improvement, and drive KPI/SLA performance in a agile, 24/7 security environment. The role requires strategic leadership, budgeting, stakeholder collaboration with CATSA and unions, and the ability to travel as needed.
