Lead tertiary clinical operations at Island Health, applying healthcare leadership, operational management, and quality improvement expertise. This regular full-time role follows an 08:00–16:00 schedule.

Reporting to the Director, Tertiary Clinical Operations, the Clinical Manager oversees day-to-day unit operations and directly supervises staff. The position supports protected, quality patient care across multidisciplinary teams. It works closely with physicians, nurses, unit staff, departments, and interdisciplinary partners.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent
- Seven years of relevant management experience or equivalent
