This role is designed for an HR professional ready to deepen their business‑partnership skills, whether stepping up from a generalist role or building on early HRBP experience. You will be a trusted advisor to leaders while staying hands‑on in the work, helping shape how HR shows up at Platform.Support and continuously improve Platform’s performance management framework and broader HR initiativesLead recruitment and selection processes, partnering with leaders to attract and hire top talentManage onboarding to ensure a smooth, consistent new‑hire experience across all officesMaintain accurate employee records, documentation, and compliance with HR processes, health & safety standards, and SOPsAct as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing practical, actionable guidance on HR policies and people mattersCoach managers through performance conversations, feedback, and complex employee situationsSupport compensation reviews, promotions, and internal equity discussionsIdentify trends in engagement, performance, and turnover,
