Sephora Canada seeks a Store Operations and Talent Manager for NS-Spring Garden. You will create training strategies with the Store Director and Education partners, identify in-store talent, and develop high-performing teams. The role also supports storewide performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, select, and hire candidates using applicant tracking systems
- Conduct final interviews for key store positions
- Develop and execute ongoing store training strategies
- Write and deliver annual performance reviews
- Provide timely feedback and follow up on improvement

Requirements:

- Two to four years of relevant management experience
- Experience recruiting and staffing leadership positions
- Ability to identify and develop in-store talent
- Composure and courage during difficult conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
