This full time Compression Service Mechanic position suits a Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic or Millwright. You will work with gas compressors, engines, panels, controls, instrumentation, and package operations. The role includes remote assignments, customer communication, troubleshooting, and equipment run-time optimization. Experience with Waukesha, Caterpillar, and natural gas driven compression is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply compression package and component life-cycle knowledge
- Interpret flow sheets and technical drawings
- Support mounting, alignment, commissioning, and package operations




- Diagnose equipment issues and prioritize unit repairs
- Provide customer service and complete related paperwork

Requirements:

- Journeyman Heavy Duty Mechanic or Millwright certification
- Five or more years of relevant compression experience
- Knowledge of mechanical components, instrumentation, and electronics
- Excellent communication, administration, and prioritization skills
- Availability for remote work and overnight travel
