Lead administrative and clinical supervision for Prairie Mountain Health’s Mental Health Program across community and in-house treatment services.

Reporting to the Manager, this Supervisor supports program development, implementation, operation, and evaluation. The position maintains a client-centered approach while identifying staff training, development, and resource needs. It also provides guidance within a skilled, effective team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead recruitment processes for unit staff
- Oversee training and orientation for direct reports
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide clinical guidance
- Coordinate program services and develop new programming
- Manage administrative functions, records, and allocated budgets

Requirements:

- Master’s degree in a related discipline
- Five years of supervised counselling experience
- Two years of related supervisory experience
- Experience supporting adults in addictions recovery and treatment
- Manitoba Class 5 license and personal vehicle access
