Marlborough Day Nursery ECS Ltd is hiring an Alberta-certificated teacher for its support services team. The 10-month contract may extend or renew annually. You will work with classroom teams, families, therapists, educational assistants, and other professionals to support each child’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write individualized plans for children’s developmental goals
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary support partners
- Coordinate with classroom teams and support staff
- Build trusting relationships with children and caregivers
- Prepare IPPs, transition plans, and referrals

Requirements:

- Bachelor of Education and Alberta Teaching Certificate
- Passion and experience in inclusive education
- Understanding of neurodiversity and strengths-based practice
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Flexible, team-first approach to dynamic environments
