Support lending administration and client relationships with CMHC as an Account Representative serving housing program accounts from a Canadian office. Limited travel applies.

In this temporary 13-month position, you will handle account administration, funding decisions, disbursements, and lending activities. Your work supports risk mitigation, client service, corporate objectives, and sound business relationships. Success requires organization, analytical judgment, and explicit communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer account advances, disbursements, and lending activities
- Address client needs and inquiries through group mailboxes
- Contribute to service standards and turnaround times
- Exercise due diligence under applicable policies and procedures




- Maintain accurate records for program audit requirements

Requirements:

- College diploma or undergraduate degree in business, finance, or commerce
- Minimum one year of relevant finance or customer service experience
- Ability to prioritize within a multi-demand environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual English and French communication skills
