If you are extremely smart, analytical, positive with people, motivated, technology savvy and a team player we would like to hear from you.Support end-users and troubleshoot a range of issues, including Windows 10, email, network access, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, security software, and laptop/mobile hardwareManage user laptop, accounts, email, and mobile device setupHardware, software, and peripheral installationTroubleshoot basic network connectivity issuesAssist the infrastructure team with ad-hoc duties, including the smooth operation of the office infrastructure including LAN, Wi-Fi, and video conferencing equipmentPosition will require 4 working days at Curinos Toronto officeSalary Range:110,000 - 115,000 CADDesired Skills & ExpertiseCandidates should have the following background, skills, and characteristics:Information Technology or related major with 3-5 years of experience in a Windows OS support positionStrong Windows 10 and laptop hardware installation and troubleshooting skillsExperience with Windows Server 2016/2019, including Microsoft 365 Exchange administrationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook is essential)Experience configuring mobile devices, including Android and iPhoneExperience working with ServiceNow or ServiceDesk (Jira)
