The Sourcing Manager, Packaging directs end-to-end packaging development and procurement. You will partner with manufacturing, engineering, QA/QC, and R&D; teams. The work covers strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, value engineering, and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:





Direct packaging projects from concept through commercialization Ensure materials meet evolving regulations and environmental requirements Standardize technical packaging specifications across the product portfolio Negotiate global supplier agreements through RFP and RFQ programs Optimize designs for automated production line compatibility Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field Seven-plus years in packaging sourcing, procurement, or engineering Hands-on R&D; experience evaluating material and substrate interactions Ability to interpret chemical compositions for safety and compliance Expertise in automated manufacturing lines and operational optimization Apply packaging sourcing, procurement, regulatory, and supplier negotiation expertise to DECIEM’s Toronto-based hybrid contract assignment.
