Mechatronics and robotics technicians repair automated equipment, pneumatic systems, and material handling equipment for JLL’s Operations Maintenance team. Support may include up to 20% travel.

As a Mechatronics and Robotics Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems involving belts, motors, photo-eyes, and relays. The work also includes preventative maintenance documentation, inventory tracking, and mentoring junior technicians. This position requires flexible schedules and shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems
- Install automated packaging and distribution equipment




- Complete preventative maintenance routines and documentation
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment problems
- Mentor junior technicians and track department inventory

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two-plus years repairing material handling equipment
- Two-plus years conducting predictive and preventative maintenance
- Flexible availability for wide-ranging shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand during long shifts
