Employee experience program leaders can build onboarding, learning, and company-wide events at Wealthsimple through hands-on facilitation and measurement.

This lead role sits within People Operations and owns experiences that shape how employees join, learn, and grow. You will run current employee, leader, intern, and returning-employee onboarding. You will also deliver learning programs and coordinate partners across Talent Acquisition, Communications, IT, Brand, and business departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design tailored onboarding paths with departmental leaders
- Lead live sessions remotely and in person
- Oversee employee event experience design and workback plans
- Build curricula directly in the learning platform
- Create feedback loops and keep partners aligned

Requirements:

- Five-plus years owning onboarding, learning, or experience programs
- Regular facilitation experience with mixed and senior audiences
- Hands-on event planning across budgets, vendors, and logistics
- Ability to turn business needs into learning programs
- Experience using metrics to guide program changes
