Lead RFP, RFQ, and RFI submissions for Carmichael Engineering while coordinating technical, commercial, and contractual requirements in a hybrid role.

As Proposals and Bids Coordinator, you will support multiple regions and branches across Canada. The position requires solid writing, editing, document management, and deadline coordination skills. You will work with Account Managers, Sales Managers, Estimators, Branch Managers, and Senior Leadership to develop compliant submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review RFP, RFQ, and RFI documentation carefully
- Create proposal outlines, plans, and compliance matrices
- Draft, edit, and format branded proposal content
- Coordinate pricing inputs and complete cost documentation
- Maintain proposal templates,



tools, databases, and registries

Requirements:

- Five to eight years of proposal or bid management experience
- Excellent written communication and editing capabilities
- High attention to detail and document management strength
- Microsoft Office proficiency, including SharePoint
- Bilingual English and French communication is a strong asset
