This Senior Financial Analyst serves as FP&A; partner to Sales, Skilled Services, Customer Success, and Marketing. You will build recurring views for CAC, LTV, bookings, quota attainment, renewal coverage, retention, utilization, profitability, and hardware margins. The work combines forecasting, Board commentary, sales compensation analysis, and recommendations for senior leaders. Four to six years of FP&A;, corporate finance, or business partnering experience is required, with SaaS or technology experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build commercial and unit-economics analytics beyond the P&L;
- Track CAC, LTV, bookings, retention, and profitability metrics




- Analyze commissions, attainment, and sales compensation costs
- Translate strategy into annual financial plans
- Present clear recommendations to senior leaders

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- Four to six years of relevant progressive finance experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capability
- Strong SaaS metrics and subscription economics understanding
- Ability to explain complex results clearly
