Lead healthcare construction projects through preconstruction, delivery, and close-out while directing teams, managing risks, and protecting safety, quality, and profitability.

The Project Executive provides overall direction and supervision across multiple projects. You will oversee Project Managers, Engineers, and Administrators while maintaining relationships with owners, OPMs, subcontractors, and consultants. The position also leads business development, proposals, interviews, cost reporting, and project priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee projects from preconstruction through close-out
- Direct project teams and assign qualified staff

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 15+ years leading construction management projects
- Experience leading multiple teams on large-scale projects
- Proficiency in cost reporting and Microsoft Office
- Basic understanding of scheduling software, principles, and logic
