Apply electronic security expertise to supervise field operations, technician development, and customer service coordination at Securitas Technology Canada.

This Field Operations Leader supports secure, consistent service delivery for video, access, intrusion, fire, and integrated systems. The position combines hands-on technical leadership with administrative ownership of service activities, inspections, inventory, billing, and performance reporting. You will partner with the District Service Manager, Dispatch, Project teams, customers, vendors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct ride-alongs, audits, validations, and technical reviews
- Support technician onboarding, training, certification, and development plans
- Schedule service calls and inspections with customers and Dispatch
- Prepare operational reports and track productivity,



quality, and safety KPIs
- Manage ULC inspections and reinforce approved service methodologies

Requirements:

- Minimum five years in electronic security or field installation operations
- Strong installation, troubleshooting, and commissioning knowledge
- Technical education or equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel within the district with valid driver’s license
