Most work occurs independently in the shop, occasionally outdoors, within a small experienced team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service cranes, trailers, trucks, and support equipment
- Complete annual preventative maintenance and crane certifications
- Repair brakes, tires, suspensions, hoses, and seals
- Collaborate with operators to identify equipment issues early
- Conduct shop safety audits and promote safety-first practices

Requirements:

- 3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyman certification required
- Experience with heavy equipment or cranes preferred
