Securicare is seeking a Healthcare Security Operations Center (SOC) Operator Lead to support our healthcare security operations at Vancouver Coastal Health sites in Metro Vancouver. You will monitor security systems, coordinate incident responses, and support frontline staff to ensure a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

This role requires decision-making under pressure, clear communication, and a focus on patient safety.
