This is not a traditional retail role. If you're interested in practicing pharmacy in a setting that prioritizes collaboration, modern systems, and community impact, we'd love to hear from you.As a Pharmacist, you will:Oversee prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal & companyprocedural requirementsPrepare and dispense medications accurately in a timely mannerAdhere to controlled drugs and substances lawsRespectfully collaborate with prescribers and allied healthcare members to provide timely resolutions to requests and concernsIdentify and fill-in gaps within the healthcare system by maximizing existing processesProvide clinical & practical medication counselling and educationEffectively navigate and prioritize daily workflow in a team environmentExercise critical thinking,



compassion and problem-solving skills in all areas of decision-makingUnderstand and maintain pharmacy inventoryOpen and close the pharmacyMaintain complete and accurate documentation as necessary for workflow and legal requirementsAdminister various types of injections (which includes but is not limited to vaccines & long-acting psychiatric injections)Contribute to the maintenance of a clean & organized work environmentContribute to a positive, friendly and respectful working environmentFoster a growth mindset for self and the teamSkills & Qualifications:Completion of Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Doctor of Pharmacy program from a recognized institutionLicensed through the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba as a practicing Pharmacist and is in good standingCertification to administer drugs and vaccines by injectionThe ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with effective problem-solving skills and a high degree of initiativeCertification via an accredited program approved by the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba to prescribe medications for self-limiting conditions (ie. minor ailments, smoking cessation) and authorization to prescribe for Uncomplicated Cystitis is considered an assetAn interest in innovative pharmacy practiceExcellent interpersonal, communication,
