This Drafter role supports mechanical design and drafting in a temp-to-hire arrangement. Candidates should understand manufacturing processes, production planning, raw materials, and component assembly. Experience with manufacturing, industrial, custom steel fabrication, or bulk material handling environments is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create mechanical designs and drafting deliverables
- Apply AutoCAD and Inventor skills to assigned work
- Understand component manufacturing and assembly methods
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities




- Contribute effectively while working independently

Requirements:

- Mechanical engineering, design, drafting education or equivalent experience
- One to two years of mechanical design or drafting preferred
- Advanced AutoCAD and Inventor skills required
- Solid manufacturing process and production planning understanding
- Excellent English communication and organizational skills
