Lead fleet finance, credit, and risk at Jim Peplinski Capital as Chief Financial Officer, partnering directly with the President and Executive Team. Reporting to the President, you will lead Finance, Credit, and Risk while guiding a Finance Manager, Credit Manager, and their teams. Your mandate spans capital, liquidity, funding, banking relationships, pricing, portfolio risk, credit discipline, reporting, planning, accounting, controls, and compliance. You will shape how JPC funds growth and manages risk. Key Responsibilities:

Build and develop high-performing Finance and Credit teams Manage capital, liquidity, funding facilities, and banking relationships Own portfolio risk, provisioning, concentration limits, and residual assumptions Lead reporting, budgeting, forecasting,



and financial planning Oversee accounting, tax, audit, treasury, controls, and regulatory programs Requirements:

12+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership Fleet, automotive, equipment finance, or specialty lending experience preferred Understanding of banking, lending, capital structure, and liquidity management Excellent financial, accounting, and commercial credit judgment CPA preferred, not required with deep lending leadership experience Apply strategic finance, credit judgment, and risk leadership to help JPC scale fleet financing responsibly.
