As a Line Leader, you supervise and train general labour personnel assembling displays and packaging. You support customer service by maintaining production efficiency, quality, safety, and communication. The position involves equipment operation, documentation, materials availability, and regular coordination with supervisors and quality inspectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train general labour personnel
- Maintain GMP, food safety, quality, and HACCP requirements
- Observe and improve production efficiency
- Reconcile feeder stock and report discrepancies
- Communicate quality issues to quality inspectors

Requirements:

- High School or equivalent education
- Packaging equipment experience considered an asset
- One to two years packaging experience considered an asset
- Basic understanding of GMPs and SOPs
- Ability to read production specifications
